I currently am running individual courses from the comfort of your own home. I cover North and East London, just contact me to confirm I cover your area if you are unsure.

Courses consist of five sessions, the first four will run over four consecutive weeks, the last will then be held closer to your due date. The classes will be a combination of lecture, videos, learning and practicing techniques for breathing and hypnosis and discussion.

You can start a HypnoBirthing course anytime after 20 weeks and if you are nearer to your due date there is flexibility to ensure we cover all the topics in the time available.

The course is for both the mother and birth companion to attend.

The course fee is £390 this will include the Book and CD that occompany the course, various handouts for self practice at home and biscuits for the tea break!
